I beg to correct you. You cannot scan an md5 hash as it's specially encrypted to a random key. You can scan for a common virus signature in hex code. I also assume you know about false positives? hack tools are considered trojan.clients as they are their purpose is to break and enter.

dude it says that the steam servers are too busy. Ok ehre's what I did:

1. Downloaded and extracted the file

2. Copied both the patch and the 2nd file next to it into my Steam Directory.

3. Clicked on the patch and logged in

4. Checked my games list and they were all there but not all were installed. I tried installing one and it said the steam servers were too busy. Is this because I have the Undead patch? I tried that one before this and that was what happened. Any suggestions?

The thing is when I try to run the "Patch.exe" after I extract it, NOTHING happens.. The little window in the video doesn't open...

I DID CLOSE MY ANTIVIRUS/FIREWALL,

I DID PUT THE PATCH AND THE OTHER FILE IN THE MAIN STEAM DIRECTORY.

Just ran out of ideas, also, sometimes when I run the patch it says "Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

extract the rar or it won't find the ocx. Put the patch.exe in the steam directory and see if that works

No. What this does is download the cookies/registry/games from the back-up server they use when something goes wrong. Since it's a back-up server, it means they use it when their systems are down and they need to deliver games a.s.a.p, so it lets you download and writes your name down along with the hp and installs a registry to your pc, so the next time you login and use their real systems it records you as paid.

It is not. I only say 'disable you AV and Firewall' just in case it doesn't work. Be my guest, scan it as many times as you like. Try it with your AV on and your firewall on. It should still work perfectly. Tell your friend that before he accuses my hard work of being a malicious signature, to actually scan it. Hope this helped. I really don't mind if you don't trust it and not download it, because YT has many phishing/rootkit'd videos and software. Best of luck mate!
