@webmasterd, physically she is, but when it comes to ability and skills I think wonder woman rules on that. But of course that's my opinion, someone might give you a more specific reason on who the dominant heroine is.

I'm confused about Supergirl's story. She died in Crisis on Infinite Earths, and she came back in Many Happy Returns? But they say that she really died and was never truely revived, just that spin off where she is back, but at the end, she died. I'm confuse.

She died in the Crisis. In Many Happy Returns we see Kara before she landed on Earth way back in 1959. He rocket slips and lands on New Earth where there is a new supergirl. At the end of that she is sent back in her rocket to 1958 where superman finds her and she continues on and eventually dies in the crisis. The new Supergirl is a parallel earth copy of the one who died in the crisis. Almost nobody remembers the first supergirl because the universe was rebooted after the crisis.

having super-girl come from a neighboring planet of Krypton was a great concept the makers of JLU had.

That always bothered my how Kal-El was the last survivor of krypton, but so many others from the plannet popped up.

yeah that annoys me too. But she didn't come from a neighboring planet. She was from Argo city. Argo city was the city governed by her father, Jor-El's brother. And he protected it with a force field when Krypton exploded. So technically krypton didn't even exist when she was born.

Unless you mean New Supergirl. Who is just a shapeshifting alien who took supergirl's identity.

Actually, they retconned the Matrix Supergirl out of continuity during Infinite Crisis and broght back Kara Zor El a couple of years ago. Supergirl is now Kal's cousin again.
