  • Lovely

  • does anyone know what the introit hymn is here?

  • @ChristainPatriot01 The communion/altar rail is clearly visible in the video. It was never removed. The altar is the original one with the Tabernacle now placed behind and above it.

  • what is the Norbertine Order?

  • you can get your answer by Google searching it. It is an order of Roman Catholic priests founded by St. Norbert.

  • no... not yet... is it worth a trip?

  • Yes, if it was not for the Novus Ordo addition (namely the altar) and subtractions (namely the communion rail) you'd think it was 1946 all over again.

  • Here's something you don't see everyday. Which is quite unfortunate. Beautiful choir and beautiful Mass! Thank you for this!

  • In short, if it was not for the Norbitines in Orange County, at least 75% of So.Cal Latin Masses would not exsist.

    St.Norbert, Ora Pro Nobis.

  • If UVLA is not doing enough to update the site or whatever other activities, then I would encourage others to be more "persuasive", and I don't mean in a mafia sense... :-)

  • Hi ChristianPatriot01, I cannot take full credit for the design of the UVSB website. I had some creative input about what I wanted it to look like, then our graphic designer (Vice-P), and our web designer (treasurer) made it happen. And I post all the articles and modify it as needed. It is certainly a team effort, and I could not do what I do for UVSB without them.

  • I apologize that last comment about "thank you" was from me, I just used the wrong account. Still, I contacted UVLA about this problem and its possible to say they ignored me.

  • I'm not very pleased with Una Voce LA not mentioning this on the internet.

UVLA needs to get into the 21st century with technology if they support an old liturgy.

  • It is posted on our Una Voce San Bernardino website

  • awesome and so beautiful! we pray more people may see the beauty in this rare celebration and that it becomes more common in our churches for everyone to enjoy a slice of heaven!
