This is a horrible company to work with and would advise anyone to stay away. One of their service people just hung up on me! I paid for a year subscription in advance and decided I did not like the product. End of story or so I thought. They are claiming that I signed up for auto renewal "didn't you read the fine print?". So they charged me for another year and are refusing to refund even though I have not used it in 9 months and don't plan on using it for another year. Stay away.
