@dvdmethod2 if you weren't properly prepared, then yes, definitely. basically, if you didn't have the proper accessories equipped on your characters, you stood the very good chance of getting ohko'd before you could even get a turn in.

I used to do this too on Lunar 2 EB, level 99, it was sick. I love Jean having 6 attacks and so many crits, lol And good ol poe sword, ahh so sweet, one of the best RPGs ever, no doubt.

Ronfar uses Saint Litany (I think that's the one thas siphons Hp from enemies, been a while), Lucia well just hope for the best. I also equiped one of the chars with Red dragon Anger, I think it was Ronfar. Any way that's how you get to LVL 99 before the Epolouge.

Getting to lvl 99 is easy (but lenghty). You have to fight the Ice mongrels ( or pups forgot the name). they are located near the White Dragons Cave. What I do is first equip the chars acordingly. In other words, magic users should have high M-ATK and attackers should have high ATK. Now at low LVLs ADANTAGE is you're friend. Keep the Destiny nearby to replenish as necessary. Have Hiro use Poe Sword, Jean will use Haduken, Lemina Fire or Ice, Continued on next one.

They were called Ice in the Sega CD version and chiro in the PSX Version.

first = HP65535

Second = HP7000, drop his hp to atleast 30%

thrid = HP7000

You know the bosses stats are proportinate to your characters level dude...if your level 99, its all the harder.

That may be true in the Playstation version, but I haven't noticed it in the Sega CD version, especially with enemies like the Star Tower's boss.

@Arcingi It's not like that on the Playstation either. I don't know what he's talking about. I've farmed up to level 55 in the Blue Dragon Cave and beat him within 5 minutes.

@Arcingi You're correct. They didn't implement bosses gaining levels until Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete; they also removed it from Lunar: Eternal Blue Complete.

Best way to prove this in this game? Fight Borgan at a low level and see how long you last.

@dcrcjoo Dude you are a fail. the lvl thing only goes to 50 for both games. so any lvl you get after lvl 50 make you stronger than the bosses.

This is my favorite version of Lunar: Eternal Blue! I do not like the Playstation version at all.

Wow, you are STUPENDOUSLY overleveled. It's almost hilarious. That 57-damage slap to Ronfar is supposed to be a crushing blow. :P Nice.

... At least Ghaleon survived long enough to use the Dragon Cannon... ;)
