Tell me this, when was the last time you submerged yourself into an environment in which your opponent had been adapted to for hundreds if not thousands of years? Hunting is a battle between man and beast to see who truly can overcome the challenge of beating the other. The hunting and fishing scenes look so ridiculous in this. Why didnt they throw in some intense games of checkers? Seriously though how is the guy with the gun the underdog? If the buck had come over and speared him in the face that would have been motivational.

In our natural state humans would get their asses handed to them by a deer. But we created ways to overcome that (weapons) and now we're the dominant species so the deer scene is relevant in my opinion
