My friend who owns this on DVD told me that when you watch this clip, you can't pause it, stop it, go back to the menu, or do anything. The only thing that can stop it is unplugging your DVD player. And when it finishes, it goes back to the menu and plays the sound of a phone ringing...damn film makers...

The moment I like here is when the woman jumps off and then the ladder falls. And the white "ring" of the well. Those are badass.

The rest... meh. JAP version does the right decision to put most of the scare into sound effects. Because Kenji Kawai is the man.

The Japanese cursed video is sooo much better and symbolic :/

The American one is pointless. Many scenes make no sense at all and are barely explained or have barely any significance in the movie. While the Japanese version, every single frame and scene was explained and actually the last one, before the well image, was the answer to solve the mystery of how to survive.

And to be honest I don't even find this one creepy. The Japanese cursed tape at least a chanting in the middle...
