You are totally sick at creating coffee and have totally inspired me! Start my new job tomorrow and now I am stoked about experimenting with creating images on coffee!
@bacco555888 Really AWESOME! @JessieHyphonLee I agree with you and one more thing, @bacco555888 how do you know when the milk's gonna float so you can make the designs? Want to take this hobby or job when I grow up cause this looks AWESOME!
Your Lattes are all really good (getting some inspiration from you :) )!
There is one thing: make the body of the swan under the rosetta! That's how i do it and i think it looks better :) So after you made the Rosetta you going forward at the "bottom" of the rosetta (next to the brim of the cup).... Just try it and decide which one looks better for you :)
@ArachEye I've been a barista all over the place. Keep in mind his finger is touching money, the handles of the espresso bar, the towels, the syrup pumps that god knows who else has touched.... so no, don't think that latte would be the cleanest thing I've had. And being worried about peoples' dirty fingers should pop up on your radar if you don't want hep A/B or the like. And the milk is not hot enough to sterilize.
What is the tool that you use for the more intricate details of the pours (like the horns, eyes, and fire of the dragon)? I've heard you can just use toothpicks, but from the videos I've seen, everybody's using the same metal tool.
It's good to find something on youtube that shows the coffee made with a good camera angle from start to finish, showing the process of the latte art.
It was editted very well, very simple and easy to watch- it has been the best coffee clip I have watched on youtube so far.
The dragons and swans in the art are exceptional, it is good to see someone who cares about every coffee they make- especially take away.
i cant get my coffee that texture of orange ,when i pour it just mixes with the coffee a nice latte, i think i have the right texture of milk no bubbles etc ...what am i doing wrong is it the wrong grind or bean ?? if anyone can help thanks ...
this isnt coffee.. like 99% of the content of the cup is milk

Dude that drink would be the cleanest thing you consume in 6 months.
The fact your worried about his finger tells me you've never eaten food before. Or do you think his finger is holding the next Abola strain?

@Btriex I realize life is not sterile but I will bow out from people actively putting their fingers in my drink.

These obviously aren't drinks that are being consumed by customers, so I really wouldn't worry about it...
