I had the pleasure of staying with the Kelsey´s in Miami 79-80 on a student exchange program. Last time I met George and Jan was when they visited Sweden 2004.
George is one of the most important cornerstones in my life, and still he is one of few who really had an impact on the person I became. George, I bet you´re sitting on a fluffy cloud and making sure we all are behaving the way you wished.
My thoughts go to the Kelsey family I got to know.
I'm so happy you were able to record this message from him, Bill. It means so much to me to be able to hear his voice and beliefs from time to time. It's been a few years since his passing, but I still miss him, in my heart, every day.
It's hard to believe it's been 2 years. We think of you all the time, but today especially we have been thinking of you so much. We have many questions regarding how things would be if you were still with us, but we know the "power that gave us life" as you worded it, needed you more than we did.
RIP and Love,
BABS
P.S. don't kick god's butt too bad at golf up there, he might get mad.
We all miss you dad. I still can visualize conversations with about many things; President Obama, whose bandwagon you were on before there was even a hint he would run; the Canes; Tiger Woods and I can hear to reveling in the accomp of Watson almost winning the British Open. I think things may have been very different for many people if you were still with us, but I count it as a major blessing that I got to be related to you for awhile. You inspired me. Thank you. Bob F.
