Hey bro, i have the same mic and i use audition cs3 also to record, but, i cannot hear myself when recording. I am using Windows Vista. Do you know what might be wrong?, i am suppost to hear myself thru the headphones when talkin on the mic right?

Theres no heaphone jack on it. It's only a mic. Rode Podcaster has monitoring through a heaphone jack.

One of my Professors had an Online as well as an on campus class but since we had meetings about the college paper he would use the omnidirectional on his usb condenser mic (I think it was a Blue Snowball) so the online students could get brainstormed information

hi. nice review. do you know what i could pair with this mic to eliminate the "puh" sound from the letter "P" and the "buh" from "B" when speaking?

have u tried recording acoustic instruments such as acoustic guitars wih this mic? i plan on purchasing one, but i have heard that the direct usb condenser mic's dont sound as clean as pre amp condender mic setups. also, i plan on recording vocals.

There is no live monitor, you are right. I am not used to using that anyway and I rely more on the graphics' highs and lows (using Adobe Audition) as I find this more accurate than a live listen feature.

I do not have a COU1, sorry. If I remember right, it is just one of the switches and CO3U mic is the better choice for a small amount
