  • Happy Black History Month

  • CHEERS!

  • This is my favorite YouTube video and; therefore, I feel a special joy in saying...

Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day! Let freedom ring!

    WITH LOVE & RESPECT

  • *JUST MY OPINION*

  • AS WELL AS STILLS, a "video" would accompany this music performance so beautifully. I'd bet that participants on this very thread could come up with a perfect treatment. A 2-minute, 52-seconds video would be so nice.

ALSO, because Mr. Otunga has such a charming personality, I'd prefer that he not get too overly bulked, but remain more humane. Too much bulk or animal-like only befits body builders; wrestlers still have "some" softness appeal. Must my opinion.

  • Some people feel David Otunga, (a.k.a. "Punk") should devote himself totally to his law studies. But I feel it is more important to follow one's own passion. The law studies will benefit him in whichever industry he pursues. This shouldn't be taken for granted; I'm sure whoever his baby-mama, too, has gleaned much wisdom and style from his education and presence in her misfortunes.

Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. (Proverbs 29:18)

  • REASONS THAT I RELATE TO DAVID OTUNGA

    1. I am a paradox: I have a degree in business administration, yet I have a passion for music entertainment and being creative.

    2. Mr. Otunga, also, is a paradox: He has a law degree, yet he has a passion for sports entertainment and being expressive.

  • And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her. (Ecclesiastes 7:28)

  • *SPIRITUAL INSIGHT*

It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house. (Proverbs 21:9)

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. (Proverbs 31:10)

And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.

  • Late as I am discovering him, I'd like to know more and see more of him. I wonder, is there a fan club. I strongly feel that American Pop Culture needs someone like Mr. Otunga, a.k.a. "Punk." I hadn't been to the wrestling since the late '60s.

My background was always in corporate... I was an accounting technician. But I'm in film school now. All the more reason, it's important to see figures like David Otunga in the media. I really admire his image.

    SINCERELY.

  • David Otunga came to my attention when I'd first saw a report about this Harvard Law School background. The news was that he was changing fields. Everyone was saying, 'Why is he changing fields?' That's what first got my attention. I'm a wrestling fan, so that's why it caught my ear.

I didn't know him, but I was defending him. I'd say, because wrestling was fun and exciting... and inspirational. It's not as harmful as, let's say, boxing or football; yet, it's just as action-packed.

  • This song inspires me. I play it when I'm getting ready to do my studying each morning. I was a huge wrestling fan when I was in junior high school. My favorite was Lawrence J. Simon, better known as "The Great Malenko." I lived in Florida and I used to go and watch him wrestle at Dinner Key Auditorium. I even got his autograph, but it was taken by Hurricane Andrew in 1992 (telling my age).

I like David Otunga. I missed the first part of his fame, because I had not heard of him.

  • I like David Otunga and sincerely wish that he doesn't make the mistake of marrying that girl. It's okay to remain a "baby-daddy" and be about the quality, than to get hitched and wind up regretting so much. The "pre-nup" ordeal was enough to turn my stomach. I realize to each his own, but I'm just sayin'.

    SINCERELY.

  • I like the song. Is the vocals done by David Otunga? I like it. I also like the drum mix.
