For wireless batteries make sense, but If my batteries die I want a way to plug it in to my console or pc and keep using it. Sucks being in a middle of a match and your headset dies.

@Striker92RUS Batteries for the active noise cancelling. If you don't use batteries, it won't cancel noise but it'll still block out a fair amount since it's a closed design.
