MatchbookMethod I m an awesome 5 7 black dude and I am able to dunk easily. Anyone can do it, just use the right training program. I personally followed the one at 50 inch vertical (dot) com but any workout is good if they work

So my friend MatchbookMethod finally told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over 9 inches higher! Apparently he followed the training workout over at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| and gained over 14 inches in his vertical jump!
