To this day, I never really felt Crave. It's either been Jovan or Tangeline for me. I always hoped for Jovan to get back together, but after it was clear that that wasn't gonna happen Tangeline came out of nowhere and I was hooked. Really, now that I'm re-watching all these old eps., I realized Tangeline was going on way before anybody noticed, even before Jovan.

I so regret Not paying better attention to notice the "thing" between Todd and Vangie when these eps. first aired!

This is the John that is missing today. Those intense looks he use to give her where crazy! Her first love scene with ME i would have fainted.

John didn't want to breakup with her, let be truthful alot of JOLIE fans believe she was a slut for sleeping with John and what happen to her was her fault BULL CRAP! If John was so hung up on Natalie why start a relationship of any kind with Evangeline he did NOT have to be with her he could have just let her know but he didn't because he liked how she made him feel. There intense attraction for each other transcends the screen, he don't have that with Natalie!

@2cris2nv jolie fans are a deluded bunch. They called Vange a slut, and claimed John only used her, but that's their justification for hatin' on a fine white man lovin' up on a beautiful black woman. TPTB tried to reproduce what Vange and John had, much to jolie fans delight, but it was, and still is forced. John/ME doesn't look interested. He has never played with gnats toes, run his fingers through her hair, or blush like a teenage boy crushin' on the prettiest girl in school!

@faith2xxx I have never been on their channel so i really don't know what they say, but if that's really what they say they are indeed deluded. What really annoys me with those fans is their ability to justify everything that slut does. I mean no matter how blatantly wrong Natalie is they always "understand" why she did what she did. Once i realize that they are completely irrational, i just give up!!

I think what attracted them two to each other was that they were the same they were both running from the demons in their past, both lost their fathers, both love the law and are very good at what they do, both came from a modest upbringing, the attraction John has for Evangeline came first until you watch this scene and realized that they are the same, they had more in common then he had with Natalie thats why they were always fighting and breaking up!

what is amazing is that the writers made it seem like john did not open up to vang but he told her everything about his life in less than 4 meetings. miss them much

@Christy3273 I never watched OLTL, but found these clips by accident. However, I've caught a couple of recent shows, and I guess John and Natalie are supposed to be getting married. Judging by the interaction with one another, it seems forced on ME's part. It's like he really isn't all that into Natalie. His interaction with her is NOWHERE near the level of what he had with Evangeline. With Vange, he seemed more relaxed and realistic, and fun. With Natalie, he seems to be phoning it in.

@Christy3273 I glanced at today episode 'cause ever since Vange died I stopped watching. John was still with Natalie, but he's getting married to her (WHAT THE HELL0. Anyways, you could see/tell that ME wasn't into MA like he was with REG. John looked bored, sad. Maybe it's me but that's what O sensed whem warching. BTW, I didin't miss anything I don't miss it at all. ME/REG was pure hotness and amazing chemistry you can't duplicate that. NEVER.
