They don't blow because of the frequency, its coz your signal is shit. I know because I've played down to 28Hz without blowing the fuse. It only blew when I took the piss with the volume

@tiaagoo1 the bass goes down to low and the so the speaker dosent get damaged they are fuse protected so rather than my speaker blow the fuse goes

@buddie6543 lol the bass on late night tip is nothing... White girl is a good example of a deeper note... That's about 31 hz.... I've had my shitty speakers doing as low as 20 hz just under peak power and it was fine...

@buddie6543 If your amp is weaker than the speaker by a large enough degree and is pushed far enough it will allow enough DC voltage throu to blow the fuse. The only protection that is related to speakers is the fuse on the tweeters. otherwise it's only there for the sake of the amp.
