  • The local Chinese restaurant I frequent has "NO MSG" printed on their menu. It's just as well. Anything that extends food past its natural shelf life can't be good for you in the long run.

  • People who rather take anti-depressants, instead of dealing with thei're real problem's are garanteed for a lot more problems, if they eventualy decide to quit. Whitdrawl from AD is absolute hell and many violence act's and suicide are directly related to the use and withdrawl fron AD. I know, because I'm 18 weekds AD-free and I will never touch these poisons or any other farmaceutical poison again. I've done my research.

AD will kill you if you're not strong enough.

  • Utter nonsense - the video and the comments that follow.

  • @Emporator Bwa ha!!!! Take more MSG and you need it in your system!!!! Good luck!!!

  • @Emporator Your ignonrance is appalling and and I'm applauding right now. More MSG is needed is your body. Bwa ha!!!!

  • @zigyzigy13

    You misspelt ignorance.

  • @zigyzigy13

You misspelt ignorance. Oh, you also should have used the word "in" rather than "is" in your last sentence. Between the misspellings and the abysmal grammar, you're beginning to sound more and more Asian. No wonder you're a fan of MSG...

  • @Emporator Ga ha!!!! Who said I'm Asian? Ah! You just assumed!!! Bwa ha!! Ignorance? It's called mistype my little friend who loves to consume MSG in yur body. What? You don't know what "mistype" is? Ga ha!! I find you very interesting pointing out my spelling since nobody cares about the "mistype"(if you know what this means) and if I kept making the same spelling mistakes, you would know that my spelling is wrong but other than that, you are just showing your ignorance

  • @zigyzigy13

    You mistyped "your."

  • @Emporator Yup, I mistyped "your". And? Nee more MSG? Huh? You like i huh? Go for it!!!!! Keep doing what you are doing!!!!! It's good for you!!! Ge ha!!!!

  • @zigyzigy13

    You mistyped "need."

  • @Emporator Aha!!!! You deleted it 'cause you made a mistake!!!!! Gaaaaaa hahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!! Now who made a mistype!!!

  • @Emporator Aha!!!!! You are from Australia!!!! No wonder you don't make sense the very first begining you said my spelling is appaling!!! Bwa ha!!! And you think everybody speaksAustralin English. Wrong!!! Super duper wrong!!!! No more Kangaroos!!! And no more MSG!!!!

    Ga ha!!!!

  • @zigyzigy13

You mistyped "appalling" along with "Australian."

  • @Emporator "appalling"!!!! Hmmmm. But that's what you also wrote at the bottom!!!!

Ah!!!!! Ironic!!!! I wonder if you even have a good memory. No,you dont. Because you don't even remember what you wrote!!!! No more MSG!!! It's killing your brain!!!! Ge ha!!!!

  • How do SSRI's deplete seratonin? 2:07

  • (CONTINUED), ranging from depression, anxiety, schizophrenia (enhancement of dopamine via HPA with stress), excessive weight loss(anorexia nervosa) to central obesity(diabetes), insomnia, loss of libido, cardiovascular problems, osteoporosis, immune problems, early dementia, mood swings, premature aging, lowering of sex hormones and growth hormones, etc. etc.

  • It's probably an HPA (hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis) disorder, in which the brain is secreting to much CRF (corticotrophin releasing factor). Hence, to much cortisol is being produce, trying to hype the central nervous system (by releasing more catecholamines -dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline). Cortisol (in excess) is being related in many psychiatric disorder and metabolic disturbances as well

  • :A comprehensive review of all available scientific data on glutamate safety sponsored by the FDA in 1995 reaffirmed the safety of MSG when consumed at levels typically used in cooking and food manufacturing. The report found no evidence to suggest that MSG contributes to any long-term health problems, such as Alzheimer's disease. But it did acknowledge that some people may have short-term reactions to MSG. These reactions —

Symptoms are usually mild and don't require treatment

  • Vilift gave me what i expected from it, gave me what i needed. i really love it and love that it doesn't have any side effects.

  • while i agree with some of this, it misses the major point..WHAT IS THE ONE THING HUMANS CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT FOR EVEN A FEW MINUTES??? OXYGEN!!!!! all these toxic chemicals (msg,aspartame,trans-fats,SOY products {thats a HUGE ONE-its now in fukn everything we eat!-and we'r being told its GOOD for us!LIES!})all prevent th body from absorbing oxygen.Oxygen Therapy has bn banned by th FDA despite it bein used worldwide2 cure a plethora of ailments, bcos it cant b patented or profited from.SHAME!!

  • lol that huy singing :D made me feel better allready

  • Depression tends to decrease your sexual drive. Obliterating it in extreme cases. Thus, depressions should cure themselves.

Mine hasn´t. And I´ll have you know I do not masturbate much. And it´s been years since I had sex. Also, I´ve read that more sex makes you happier. Perhaps by stimulating the production of vital substances?

Excessive masturbation may leave you feeling hollow. Most probably because you are missing true intimacy and that thing called love.

  • iam 24 years old i am depressed for 6 years now i tried everything still yet i masterbade to relief tension and it does work sometimes

  • it has been found that Salmon and dark chocolate helps reduce depression!!! also when exercising u are releaving urself. all these help the seratonin level rise!!!

  • Haha. Excercise will not help depression. You need drugs. Id be dead now if i went to the gym instead of taking drugs.even in the mild early stages of my depression 3 years ago! get real.

  • Check out my other videos. One is called "Antidepressants don't work" Studies done lately and studies done by the drug companies themselves show that antidepressants don't work and actually make you worse. It's a sick world we live in.

And this video isn't about exercise at all. It's about what top researchers are talking about. Dr. Blaylock is a real badass.

  • i have manic depression and some drugs help some people, but i can tell you excercise will help but who wants to excercise when you cant get out of bed in the mornings

  • excercise cures depression if you excercise instead of masturbate - that's a mechanism of any activity that helps depression. If you get involved in sth - you are less addicted to own endorfines produced by masturbation.

  • I have heard that excercise is very beneficial to relieving symptoms of depression, BUT...only if the excercise is aerobic (with oxygen) not anaerobic (without) A rule of thumb is if you can still hold a conversation while excercising then you are excercising aerobically, excercising anaerobically produces lactic acid, forces a realease of endorphins, endorphins that you might be in short supply of and therefore make the condition worse. Might be worth looking into this? hope it helps someone.

  • funstein - are you being serious?

    I exercise regularly and I'm still depressed; now what? If it were that easy, science would have dispensed with depression forever. BTW I began depressed life at the age of 18; traceable to recreational use of class C substances;

Could you tell me what major mental illness you yourself (not a friend or acquaintance) have eliminated by exercise and refusal to masturbate? One other question; do you attend a deeply conservative church of some description

  • brainheal, im 13, never masturbated, never had sex, and i exercise heaps. ive got depression, and ive had some of the symptoms since the age of 3. how does you theory explain that? my depression was caused by my mothers death, along with other things. not through the sex ive never even had.

  • try Omega-3 , I got rid of a 7 years long depression after taking it, had a major depression but not chronic like bipolar or something like that

  • @forcefriction I was on prozac for three and a half years and I wish i'd started going to the gym 6months into my prescription instead of at the end of it. Most studies have found a COMBINATION of regular exercise and medication is the most optimum.

  • @forcefriction get off the MSG...u see new colors of freedom when ur off this stuff

  • For those that claim that they have been helped by SSRIs, I am not debating their efficacy, at least right now. However, as a patient, you deserve to know the truth about withdrawal BEFORE starting the drugs. The drug companies hide the truth and publish only positive studies in medical journals. A lot of professionals have blown the whistle finally, and we will eventually see a ban on these SSRIs. The question remains how many more people must die from SSRIs before they are off the market?

  • I wonder if some of the victims could sue their doctors successfully for the failure to inform of the addictive nature of these drugs. This might help publicize the issue, and there certainly are alternatives.

I believe evidence is accumulating that some SSRIs may cause heart attacks, and other lethal side effects, as well.

Studies have shown a program of regular exercise to be just as effective.

  • Yes, exercise is definitely a viable alternative to anti-depressants. As far as suing doctors, it has been done, but its going to be a long time until the big class actions pile up just like the lawsuits against Big Tobacco. There are thousands of websites that have examples of SSRI suicides, but I found one called ssristories dot com, which shows over a thousand real cases with the actual drug name, dates of incidents, etc. The suicide and homicide rate on SSRIs grows by the day.

  • Before checking out that site, I should probably put some sort of a disclaimer here. They are real cases and that people offended easily or do not wish to read mature content related to life and death should not go to the site. It has only confirmed what I already knew, and it still upsets me to read about the truth. Its just a shame that the drugs are still legal.

  • I've always had a suspicion about MSG causing depression, but I am a firm believer that SSRI anti-depressants may lead to suicide. Every school shooter was on them or was withdrawing from them, and there have been thousands of other suicides by people on SSRIs. Your friendly neighborhood psychiatrist will probably prescribe it like candy, and you may never get off of it safely. I am off of them for three months and still experience some withdrawal effects. Not everyone lives to tell.
