I dont drink alcohol at all, and dont eat pastas or beef or sweets! however during last few months I put on weight. I dont know what is hapening, I dont feel good, I feel very heavy...btw - you looked great also before your diet! Or maybe even better!!
also get plenty of sleep.(they call it beauty sleep for a reason) if your overly tired, not getting enough sleep, your body goes into a survival mode and packs on the LBS.
I totaly agree: I am 42 yo and 5'11" and was 210 LBS just 60 days ago. today I am 175.(-35lbs in 60 days) thats more that half a lb a day!
what i did...eat smaller meals, avoid alcahol and pasta, eat lots of peanuts between meals, and drink lots of water.(LOTS), also limit caffine, i did add in an ab workout routine (i had a big belly), and focused on using my "core" muscles when i walked. I could still loose 25 lbs or more

Really just believe in it. Most of proteins I am getting from vegetables;) And I'm healthy and strong:d. Those proteins from meat are mostly unneeded, more of them you can find in vegetables and other dairy products, but because I am a vegan: from soya and other plant staff:D cheers;)

I hope I can lose this excess weight and manage to get the body I want. I have been overweight since I was little because I would constantly snack every single hour or so on chocolate and it was my guilty pleasure.

Nothing too intense because once my heart starts pumping really fast and I started sweating, I start getting dizzy and throw up afterwards.
I am cutting out all sugary snacks, even though I am going to miss them-I know it will save me in the long run. I am going to substitute everything I drink with water and perhaps tea.

@JBCTBL I did a lot of sit ups prior to eating healthy. so When I ate better and lost weight my stomach just got flat. My bra size did go down a few sizes but they are a good size for my body

Its cool you lost weight but drinking half your weight would mean you would have to drink 9 4L jugs of water everyday which would definitely kill you and is physically impossible anyways. You look great!! I don't drink, only drink water and green tea, do cardio 5 days a week and eat fairly well but in almost 3 month I've only lost 11 pounds :( If I did what you did (not work out) I would just gain all the weight back, you're so lucky
@natalia7048 a lot of people think they can work out every day and work out really hard and consume whatever they want. but honestly what you consume is more important than exercise. I use to do 200 sit ups a night... and exercise regularly and never lost weight but as soon as I changed the way I ate and stuck to it weight just started to fall off. also, if you work out and you need to lose weight your muscle builds on top of fat instead of shedding it. :)

@MegaLizeth18 it took me 4 months to lose 40lbs. :) if you're going to work out I'd just stick to cardio and no toning exercises yet. If you can cut out juice I would because It has a lot of sugar. unless you drink unsweetened or processed cranberry juice and add stevia it might be a lot better for you. :) congrats on your weight loss though. keep it up

You look great!! I don't drink, only drink water and green tea, do cardio 5 days a week and eat fairly well but in almost 3 month I've only lost 11 pounds :( If I did what you did (not work out) I would just gain all the weight back, you're so lucky

@natalia7048 a lot of people think they can work out every day and work out really hard and consume whatever they want. but honestly what you consume is more important than exercise. I use to do 200 sit ups a night... and exercise regularly and never lost weight but as soon as I changed the way I ate and stuck to it weight just started to fall off. also, if you work out and you need to lose weight your muscle builds on top of fat instead of shedding it. :)

I lost 10 pounds just by changing my diet and sometimes exercising and now I'm stable at 130. Trying to lose the last 10 stubborn pounds. All I have to do is exercise lots!

im 141 right now. I stopped eating as much junk food. i have lost 5 pounds so far. barely anything. but I'm only 5'5" so i am very chubby. @MegaLizeth18 it took me 4 months to lose 40lbs. :) if you're going to work out I'd just stick to cardio and no toning exercises yet. If you can cut out juice I would because It has a lot of sugar. unless you drink unsweetened or processed cranberry juice and add stevia it might be a lot better for you. :) congrats on your weight loss though. keep it up
