Hey Matt, when you go out for lunch like this, how do you calculate your macros? Do you just guestimate what was in the meal? I know some restaurants have info online, but not all.

@PassionForWater I'll use my best judgement, use the info for other restaurants, etc... I'll look at the food, determine if it was fried, breaded, etc etc... doing this is better than not calculating macros at all, that's for sure.
