If this is America, and ALL states have equal laws, then why will I still go to jail for a joint here in the "sunshine" state? We need this nation wide, California is not the only state with ILL people wanting to choose the way they medicate themselves. I have been seriously ill for 8 years now, and still have to live in fear of jail, just trying to get through each day. Plus the cost is quite prohibitive to maintain the amount needed to feel o.k Hopefully one day the criminality will be gone.
