The stretcher (brace) is kinda wobbly this way. I was just following the instructions on the website. If I were to do it again I would have put the stretcher up on it's side to give it more stability. But really as a rule we focus on house proofing our children instead of child proofing our house.
i didnt think amish ppl. could get there pics taken let alone be in videos! ! :) jk jk but we are seriously getting ready to make this table! only widder...im glad it was an easy project i cant wait to start now!! but I was wondering the brace that goes across the bottom how sturdy is that...i have small kids too is it going to snap if they sit on it? love your work!
