You can have it crash and then use a few commands to remove the crashed vehicle and dead bodies and at a proper wreck and at people. One of many solutions

Well, the Bis editor is actually quite straightforward once you get to know it's functions and limitations. You just have to study tutorials related to the subject. There's no easy way around it, I think.

Remember that all the advanced stuff, like this video, is done solely with scripts and self-written functions so studying the ArmA SQF-language is essential for creating good missions / intros.
