Teams need guys like Ulf Samuelsson and people who argue with that are not real hockey fans. He also, clearly, had Knees made of Solid iron since to go "knee on knee" requires your knee to also take a shot.

Ulf and (k)Neely had for a few years some pretty heavy growls against each other where they constantly battled it out. Ulfs job was to get inside (k)Neelys head and make him focus on Ulf insted of scoring goals. A job he succeded with 100 %.
(k)Nelly, or Bambam as he also was called was a powerforward, and one of the best at that. He was an excellent bodychecker and enforcer and goalscorer. An offensive powerhouse if you like. Ulf managed to nullifie most of that though. Ulf was very big and strong too and was constantly up against (k)Neely. (k)Neely got mad and forgot to play hockey and focused on Ulf insted. Wow thanks 4 the lesson? I`ve been watching hockey since I was just a baby and read about it incessantly as a child so I didn`t need it. I`m sure Neely`s got mad @him before, I`m sure he did get mad @alot of players, but it didn`t cause him 2 forget how 2 play hockey that`s rediculous. If your way of nullifying other players from scoring is by injuring them so they can't play than you did not do a good job and your eventually gonna get knocked out. Ulf managed to nullifie most of that though. Ulf was very big and strong too and was constantly up against (k)Neely. (k)Neely got mad and forgot to play hockey and focused on Ulf insted.
