  • I don't know which program to start, i lost almost 80lbs. 4years ago and my body is not tight yet..i don't have horrible extra skin but u can tell i used to be overweight..what program do u recommend i should start with? the classic or the lean?? anybody help me decide :)

  • You look awesome! I am going to try it...You sold me on it. I have a hard time with push ups and pull ups...Do you think it would be hard for me to get the same results as you with this as a problem?

  • Looking amazing, that's great to see that. I'm also proof that this stuff works, going through a 2nd full run and getting very ripped. Dropping .5% every day it seems. Check out my progress video from first run. It works people , just do it.

But honestly you have compromised your integrity and that is sad, as a beachbody coach there are ethical decisions we all make and advertising on a fellow coaches page and especially offering a discount is completely unethical. So again congratulations on your p90x success but really do you have to resort to this to gain customers, really???

  • I am a 39 year old woman and I am doing P90X. I started yesterday and could only do about 25 minutes of one tape. I will keep trying but boy oh boy is this hard.

  • Ah, remember mee? Well, in the middle of my recovery week of Phase 1. Can't believe I'll be starting phase 2 next week. I've lost 10 lbs, and already see a small difference! Even my friends tell me I look smaller, and more tone. (: Can't wait to keep this going for the rest of my life. But can't wait for the first 90 day results!

  • I'm on day 15. I can't believe I got past week 2!! I modify so much, it kinda makes me feel down. But whenever Tony Horton tells me not to feel bad because I couldn't do it like them or keep up with them, I just keep going. I see some small changes; and feel a lot more motivated and energy filled. This is also very motivaitonal. :)

  • @coachannagray gotcha! makes more since now, i guess 90 days is a pretty long period of time. I haven't started on it yet, but I'm definetly going to! My sister has done it for only 2 weeks and has already shown a difference! Shes says her pants fit much more loose now and her tummy has gotten a bit smaller. I'm going to start it as soon as I can get the DVD in my hands!

  • @ivylamejor the first phase most people do not lose much if any at all, it is really at the end of the 90 days that you notice a substantial difference.

  • GREAT results. How closely did you follow their nutrition plan? Could you tell me approximately how much did the nutrition cost ($ per week or $ per month... just the approximate). Nutrition is my only concern as i am a student and can't afford a lot of expense.

  • @kshitiz06 i followed it very closely, it doesnt have to be expensive, cut out all processed foods, eat as clean as possible, i never tracked the cost because I have a family to feed, but there are ways shop at places like trader joes and sprouts, if you want a $4 meal then Shakeology is the way to go, that will take place of one of your meals and is the smartest calories you can put in your body.

Its surprising (and disappointing) that no one would have any idea about general cost. Nevertheless, i appreciate your quick response. Thank you.

  • it seems that the workout takes too much time every day..how much? 2 hours? more?

  • @susiacik curious why you say that or what u have heard? The workouts are mostly 45min-1hour, the longest is 90 min and there is only one disc at that length...there is a reason why they are lengthly, if you want Substantial results in such a sort time frame (90 days) 30 min a day is not gonna cut it, it is worth spending that time, the rewards are by far worth the commitment...think of 90 days, how many days is that relative to your life (a pin drop)

  • I'm planning on starting this today and am really scared. I used to be well in shape about 3 years ago but then started medical school and well everything went to you know what. I think I am so disappointed in myself for letting myself get this way but your video motivated me to try it. Hopefully i can through the videos without getting too upset with myself! You will be so proud of yourself, the first 2 weeks are the hardest and seriously dont get mad it if u cant master it, no one can in the beginning, TRUST me!! you will build on what you accomplished each time u do it. let me know if u ever need any help, message me for sure!

  • Hi! I have been doing the 10 min trainer for a long time now, and im trying to eat even better and maybe try some supplements, but this shakeology is something im thinking about buying. Im looking to lose more fat, but also gain some muscle. Would this be a good choice? When is a good time to drink this? I really appreciate your help! :) Thanks!!!

  • @MaGiKaLMin Shakeology is Key, its like adding supreme gasoline into a well run machine, u R working so hard w/ur exercise u want 2 make sure that u put the right fuel into ur engine, I absolutely swear by it, it tastes fantastic better then any protein drink around & is soo much more then that..if ur looking at gaining muscle & have done 10MT I would suggest going 2 power 90 as ur next step..email me and Ill send u more info on both things, my email is above in the description of this video

    I have been doing 10 min trainer for about2yrs now, at first it was hardcore, kinda slacked after I lost a little weight, I have been doing very well, and now am back on my healthy strict diet and working out daily!

    Is the Power 90 really that much different than 10 min trainer?

  • If I upgrade to any program it would be the P90X, But I think Im going to continue with this 10 min trainer for a while still and continue on my diet. Thanks so much for your responces. :)

  • I'm 14 (an ice skater) and I recently had an injury in my back so I was off the ice for 4 months. I have gained weight and I am looking to get toned, just yesterday I got the P90 in the mail and I am so excited! If I get through it I'll be moving onto the P90X but I just wanted to say thank you for posting this video, it has given me SO much motivation!

    I hope I can have amazing results just like you :)

  • @rachel123541 I am so glad you found me and thanks so much for the compliments, just stay focused, it will help you on your skating tremendously, dont lift too heavy since you are still young, Plyometrics will really help you out..contact me if you ever have any ?s once you get started.

    I'm just like you and wanted to try an easier version of the P90X, they make a P90 which I just ordered and I am starting tomorrow, I hear it's just like the P90X but not as extreme and for shorter periods of time. Many people switch to the P90X after the P90 so that could be a good solution for you like it has been for me,

  • @lviiLeigh I started when I turned 14....my brother convinced me, i wasn't like fat or anything it was just about getting fit and having fun. Then I did it for about 3 weeks and I think I stopped... I just turned 16, because I had no motivation after my brother moved out and I'm starting again because well, I think I have a fighting chance.

  • @IviiLeigh any exercise and nutrition is good, make sure you are eating healthy the only thing I would suggest is probably dont lift to heavy of weights but check with your doctor just to get their blessing :)

  • @IviiLeigh Start running. Honestly, until you are 18 years old, the best way for you to burn fat (lose weight) and get toned is to do a lot of cardio, run a lot. And I know this is going to suck, but stop eating candy. Eat weaties for breakfast and try to avoid sugar. I know I may sound like a kill joy, but that's the only way it can happen. Good luck!

  • @lighttekku i don't eat candy or drink pop. I eat either fruit or some healthy granola bar for breakfast.. I only drink water even at school and i always eat a healthy lunch because i bring my lunch to school. The only thing is supper i live with my dad and he constantly wants to eat out or make something unhealthy like those fozen pizzas for supper. I would just make my own supper but at the moment hes kind of broke and i dont want to make him spend more?

  • @IviiLeigh Well my advice is, at least for supper, make yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread. The issue with white bread is it gets broken down to sugar and turns to fat. But keep doing what you're doing, drink some more milk, (skim or 2% preferably) and start running. Running is one of the best ways for you to keep in shape at your age.   • Im a 16 year old girl. Im really thinking of getting p90x is it ok for my age? Im 5'7" 135lbs so its not like Im overweight or anything just want to get into shape. What version would be best? and im worried about the pullups b/c i really cant do them is this okay?

  • @ashhleey224 I think that incorporating it into your daily life is a great idea, no problem about not being able to do pull up, there are plenty of modifying moves. like I did, put your feet on a chair, you will still get great results!!

  • I've been doing P90X for a while without as much drastic change, though I am stronger and have lost some weight. I wasn't really overweight to begin with (I'm 5' 3" and was about 135 and am now between 125 and 128) but that belly fat is hard as hell to get rid of! What's the most effective way to get rid of that? Should I do more cardio? Stay away from all sugars? Eat more chicken?

    Any advice would be great, and congrats on your own success!!
