There is something thats confusing me.

THe snakering came to a place. The elders put it there after they defeated and locked the snakemen in a void place. Then, that same place where the ring is became the sea, which was created by Hordaks crazy doing.

But... Didn't Hordak perish before the snake men where locked on the void place?
