These are working poor in India. They have every right to the land as they have settled there for a number of years. Indian law itself states that if some one has resided in a place for a number of years they can claim the land. It needs to be developed but with consultative process. As usual in India the government and big business know best for everybody. This is not a democratic process. It is a dicatorial process. India can not be a role model in Asia if this is the way govt does business.
