Don't see why people are arguing.. They probably make a version for any language that is needed.. In France the game is in French and in Brazil the game would sold in Portuguese and maybe a few other languages too.. They do this so the players can understand what the hell they're doing.. If they didn't do this then they wouldn't make as much money.. It's the same game..

I've found that the sensitivity is just personal preference. As I got more experienced I felt the need to be able to turn faster in order to compete with the players with the ten sensitivity. I've grown accustomed to the higher sensitivity, but I have yet to go past 8 because it actually hinders my ability to aim. 10 is ludicrous ;-)
