I got a odride video from Flight of Fear at Kings Island though the video wasn't as good as this one. There were a few spots were the screen went black.
No it's not just like Raptor at CP. There's only one thing it has in common with this ride which is that they're both Inverted. Everything else is different.

Well, I can't tell you from experience as I've never ridden that ride. But I did ride Flight of Fear at Kings Island just north of Cincinnatti, OH and owned by the same company that owns Geauga Lake and they did have a on-ride cd and yes the off ride shots and music were part of the video and it also was done by CDRide as well so I can immagine that would have been the same for Thunderhawk. By the way it's sad to see that Geauga Lake closed so suddenly. I hope they save that old woodie at least.
I hate to ruin you trip but... GEAUGA LAKE IS CLOSED (unfortunately). They're moving all the rides to their other parks. Thundehawk is at Michigans Adventure, X-Flight is now Firehawk at Kings Island, and Steel Venom is now at Dorney Park. SAVE THE BIG DIPPER from destruction. It's currently the third oldest roller coaster in the world built in 1925. Don't let it go away!
