this is really a ridiculous exercise. by design, it almost precludes good form (e.g. putting the weight down on your back, then setting your upper body position for the squat, which makes it impossible to get the shoulders/upper back in the right position because there's already a bar weighing them down). she's obviously quite strong if she can power through it, but really, quit wasting that ability doing joke movements
@DukeMcManhands What are you talking about? When you lower the bar, your shoulders will already be arched into the correct postion for supporting the weight. What you see in this video is somebody who is on the last round of a immensly fatiguing workout, and as such their form might be a little slack. please spare us your ignorance and properly read up on this complex
