  • Hey im 5' 8 and im 14 before three weeks ago i couldnt even touch rim now im almost dunking because of all of his workouts so all you that are doubting them just think of me. Thanks Brandon

  • whats your diet like, do carb load much or usually lean meats? do you bulk up then cut down or always build lean muscle? sorry for the ambush of questions haha

  • im 15 years old, 5-10, and i can dunk. im gonna use these exercises to make me jump even higher.

  • HI MAN I THINK YOU ARE TEACHING SOME FREAT STUFF. BUT I HAVE A QUESTION! im 15 years old and im 168cm hight. do u thing that i will be able to dunk in the future?

  • @0933133925 Yea man, you keep working out hard with your vertical training you will for sure.

  • @0933133925 thnx a lot bro love ur videos

  • Respond to this video... would u be able to make any videos on how to play against tall guys?

  • was u liftin weights in pampers?

  • HUGE man!

  • How effective is it if you just use your body weight compared to added weight?

  • @NyCBrooklynBoy with added you use more strenght, therefore when you jump, you can jump higher because your body is used to have added weight while jumping/doing exercises, and applying more force

  • @Luraj7 Thanks!!

  • @NyCBrooklynBoy Good Question: It's effective by itself to use just body weight but when you use added weight, it increasing the amount of force you will have to use to reach the same height as if you were jumping with body weight alone. So basically added weight increasing your force you apply to the ground, so in return you jump higher and increase your vertical.

  • SuperNaturalJump2012, YouTube,Out of this Universe!!! Absolutely Beyond Belief!!!, It is the most incredible elevation out there ever, Im floating over 5 feet vertical in the air!!! Im 5-9 feet tall & I am touching a ceiling nearly 12 feet & 6 inches high, That's Nearly the Top of the Basketball Backboard!!! Also my head is Astonishingly near by a ceiling higher than 12 feet!!!The NBA Will Never Ever Be Ready For This Kind Of Surreal Flying Elevation!!!!!!!

  • will these exercises help my 40 yard dash also becuz im 15 and 5'6 running a 4.39 40

  • @kameelover Yes they will, because to be able to jump high means you have to have fast twitch muscle fibers, and since fast switch muscle fibers are the fibers that promote people to run faster alone with strength, then yes you will increase your 40 yard dash time.

  • a man whats your 40 yard dash by the way

  • I'm proud to say this, but i'm 14 , i'm 5'6" and my vertical is 33.

I think thats pretty good with my length and my age. I can actually tip the ring :)

  • im right on the way to dunk. 34'' vertical jump and im 5'5''. but i didnt do any workouts yet so i try it out now! im also very lightweight and i think this is an advantage (105-110). im showing you my results when i can do it ;)

  • Hey plz help how do i logging to your website. i keep getting the registration page is weird help plz!!!!!!!!!

  • can i my knee in the first drill?/

  • would you recommend ankle weights or weight vests in your workouts?

  • The Flight-Right program is finally FREE! Siced! Help spread the word!

  • I want those shoes!

  • what was your vertical before you trained it ?

  • Yo, Thanx for the videos! I am going to start using them in my routines. I was curious if you would recommend combining your 5 videos to make one workout?

  • brandon im 16 n im 5'6 n half..wat kind of weight its better 2 do dese exercise 15lbs or 20lbs?

  • @jerkboy21 I think this is just a conditioning. the exercises alternative to those who can't access a weight room is usually single leg variations which should be challenging enough. I'm looking if I'll get a hack squat in my university gym.

  • lol thats not that bad but when is there going to be another family reunion

  • brandon i wanted to know what is your vertical

  • @MrJordanbell currently my vertical is 42.

    i've been nursing a hamstring injury...blah. sucks.

  • lmao dust off the hands "come get your flight right" then walk away haha

  • i noticed all of the exercises shown here are for the leg muscle part with mixes of shoulder or biceps etc.

they say its bad to over work out, so i guess the u only should work of two different exercises per workout day yes? im 5'7" asian i think i need 6 inches more before i touch the rim....

  • how many months of training did it take for you to dunk?

  • Hey i'm 5'5 almost touching the rim 2 months ago and started working out a month, not sure where i'm at though. How long would it take for me to dunk if i do all your workouts?

  • Nice...I was wondering what you current standing/running vert was too? Mine is only about 30" standing and 40 running. my lastest vid shows this on 10" feet! i am working on increasing my standing vert through heavy explosive squats!

  • is that the amount of weight you usually use or are you just trying to show really good form? cuz im less muscular and not as strong so i am not sure what weights to use. I usually overdo it. any suggestions?

  • @livein101112 Thank you guys so much for your questions. I noticed that some people are confused about how much weight to use. You want to pick a weight that is moderate. NOT HEAVY. You want to be able to do and finish 4 sets of 15 with the weight of your liking. By the 4th set the targeted muscles should be fatigued. Everybody is at different strength levels so again please choose a moderate weight. Do not go heavy because you might lose form and end up getting injured.

  • @FlightRight101 perfect explanation man. i just have a question, or rather concern. i think u should tell everybody when doing those single leg deadlifts or whatever ppl call them, that u should focus on putting most or all the weight on the heel and using the heel to get up, meaning u have to use ur glutes as the target muscle. same goes for the lunges.

  • @DjGoGo09 @DjGoGo09 Is it really matter ? to put most of the weight into your heels ? for what reason ?

  • @livein101112 choose between the two. either heavy maximal attempts or light or body weight. you could do alternate. coordination makes gain in strength without muscle gain but you won't end up any where just by mere coordination. all the faculties and approaches in training should be done weather explosive or endurance or mere coordination it should be done and tested, beginner or pro to prevent or gain anything.

  • Hi Brandon how high is your Vertical Leap ( Inches ) right now ?

  • Come get your Flight Right

  • thanks for the exercises man,btw these dumbbells are more than 5 kilograms? or.. can u tell me the exact weight of the dumbbells.. thanks man.

  • so if i was to do your workout. would i put the 4 four of your diarys together? or would i add 1 diary to my workout each day?

  • GREAT QUESTION

if you are not satisfied with your current training program you can add, mix and match some of my exercises into your workouts, or like you said you can also put all of the current entries together to create an effective workout. There will be more entries to come.

  • thanks man!

  • hahaha when i breath it makes me forget about the exercise and the pain..hahaha plus its also very important to breath.

    hahahah

January is around the corner..Get Ready!!!

  • every time you work out you breath so much chill man!
