  • You got a mac! Welcome to the club ! I can´t wait to watch your new vids even if it´ll take awhile. I know it´s worth the wait. And there is some great material to work with when I think about the new CB scene ;)! Hopefully we get to catch up soon! I miss you

  • Of course I'll wait, hun :))

  • hmm you should beable to use avi...

i think you need a codec, ill look into it for you:D

and atube is an awesome convertor:D

  • @Unforrgivenrose ah thank you so much Ruth! :) Let me know if you find anything, I'm looking around too :)

  • ohh no :( get sony back!!

    ill miss your videos :(

  • the best mac converter is MPEG streamclip, you can convert almost any files into anything :) and for me .mov files work the best, thought they are totally big and need a lot of space :D

  • I can give you a converter LC :) Tweet me & I'll get u one x

  • AVI doesn't work for you? :\ I use Final Cut and ALL I use is avi. What is the issue? maybe I can see what I'm doing that might help you

  • @GreysALIASAnatomy a good converter for DVDs FYI is Handbrake. :)

  • @GreysALIASAnatomy I'm not sure what the issue is but when I import them it says "codec could not be opened" so maybe it's missing something... it's not pro though, it's the final cut express version. i've yet to update it to pro... waiting to see if it's necessary since it's so expensivee! anything you can think of that I could do to get it to work??

  • @LCuptowngirl I use Express too. I think it's a codec your computer as a whole doesn't have. Typically if you go to apple.com and downloads they have a list of codecs that you can download. I pretty much download all the free ones. And update Quicktime too. Every once in awhile when Quicktime isn't updated to the newest one, they won't import anything. Videos stay white with just audio. Also go to google and type in codecs + fce and it will typically list what codecs it needs too.

  • @GreysALIASAnatomy oooh wow thanks Alicia!! I'll definitely look into that right now! And I'll update Quicktime as well :) thank you so much for your help! I really hope it works! :)

  • I use Divx and it allows your comuter to play AVI even there's a version for macs
