Hakan's slide attack and his grabs are really fast and annoying. His fake-out move makes it nearly impossible to get close without risk. Why do people say he is low-tier?
@luckyaznkid maybe they should, maybe they shouldnt. hakan gets a lot better when oiled up, if they took 1 or 2 frames off the recovery time it could become a safe spam, specially now that it stacks in arcade version (or at least that's what is being said)

it took too long to recover after oil up... they should fix that.
