Hi Greg..long time...things are a bit rough presently, house build in middle of present world situation has left me more than a little fearful. Been basically homeless for 10 weeks now, as builder ripped my kitchen out, fireplace out, plumbing out, electricity disconnected, THEN tells me he has no money to continue..boy oh boy! scary times..send a thought for swift resolution in 2009 before I go nuts:( Happy New Year xx
