i went there in april of 08.. besides 3 or 4 power outages( through the whole resort) the experience was great.. the food was great rooms were great and the staff very helpful. If you dont know any spanish though i would brush up because the bell boys and some of the help doesnt speak english. they really took care of us in the excellance club.

The resort is beautiful but we had a bad experience. On our 1st day the electronic door lock failed. It took hours to fix & we really did not feel safe They were barely apologetic We moved to another room & the toilet would not flush properly we had to flush 8-12 times per use. The manger told us to WIPE AND PUT THE USED TOILET PAPER INTO THE WASTE BASKET AND NOT FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET. We spent our honeymoon either flushing or using the toilet in the lobby.
