Heres a good tip, If your running sideways or diagonally (usually on a pitch) and your about to get tackled, spin the opposite way from which you were running, Nine times out of ten the defender will miss.

Also, for throwing, use hot route, send everybody deep but one player. Send that player on a slant, he will be open.

wat u do is while in the game, u go to setting then gameplay then modify rules and turn off offsides, thats what i did just for the achievement

Thats for ur trophies u win against the cpu friends or online afta u pik ur team to play theres a trophy option u cn clik then pik a trophy 2 put on the line if ur opponent puts 1 on the line and u win then that trophy wwill go 2 that empty showcase shelf of urz lolz
