Some comments on the comment:

1. Thanks for the info on "Fox Nineteen"...I couldn't remember when they switched.

3. Giant Eagle stores down here in Akron used to be Apples, and were the old Kroger stores before that chain left NE Ohio. Stop-N-Shop never made it south of the Ohio Turnpike.

And this may be one of the few times Walter Cronkite ever appeared on WOIO/19, which became a CBS affiliate long after his retirement. Don't know if he did CBS News specials post-1994...
