  • @zhengdao3290

Great sound just like the real thing.

what does this sound set up cost?do you need a diff hst model to put in the sound chip?

    Thanks gary

  • I don't think this is the best sounding model..like the Class 50 for instance, or even the Class 158 model. But then I never did like the sound of the real HSTs.

  • I think so.

Then I have reinstalled sound file for my original HST sound which made myself.

    please watch this VID

""迫力のターボサウンド!イギリス国鉄 HST Sound DCC 改造 テストラン""

  • @TheDepotCat (no offence) ARE YOU MAD THE HSTS SOUNDED GREAT

  • @mix91132 Being a young train spotter you can be forgiven for thinking HSTs had a good sound. They were awful next to a Class 52, 50, 47, 33, 37 etc at full revs pulling away or passing at speed. But then no doubt older..really older..spotters would remember steam as being the absolute best.

  • Brilliant, and in my favorate HST livery. Great model m8!

  • mine to

  • Sounds very good my mate Stuvids has got a sound chipped hst as well ,I will try to get soms vid of it on my railway for you to see and compare , It does sound very good

  • Where did you get that black and grey HST and how much for.

  • Excellent vid, i actualy like the plainess of the scenery. Leaves more to the imagination and concentrate on the trains

  • Amazing Video! Love it

  • Do you like British trains? I thought Japan trains are better.

  • Japanese railway system was originally based on the British, in 1800s. If you look at early outline Japanese freight cars they are identical to UK.

The difference is, the Japanese just kept making it better, because they had TQM and Continuous Improvement (which are actually American ideas, but Americans didn't use them until Japanese cars and electronics invaded in the 70s and 80s).

  • great videos

  • Thank you for your visit!

  • British Trains make great models, where'd you get them from?

  • I have taken these from one of the distributors of Hornby in Japan and Hattons Model Railways in Britain with web order.

  • do you install them with sound and lights?

  • I modified Class43 to equipped sound and LED lights, and also equipped motor on the dummy car.

  • where did u get it?because i can't find it on the hornby website. Just wondering, because i was thinking of buying one.

    Nice vid! :P

  • Thank you for your comment. Both HST are old type model

I bought them at 7 or 8 years ago.

Especially Great Western (Merlin liveried) HST is my favorite! But Merlin liveried Class43 & MK3 are already discontinued products now.
