@ShinRadiac Cool! But you'll need to install some view buttons and install a manual stick to it. Whenever you convert this back to a Daytona 2, you'll have 3 Daytona 2 cabinets in your house.
@paulsbuck5 Actually, this cab still has the four view buttons and 4-speed shifter from when it was D2. Really conversion is too strong of a word. All it would really take to "convert" this would be to drop a D2 boardset in.
@paulsbuck5 That's hard to say as many of the USA driving cabs came with different color plastics. I think SEGA USA kind of used whatever they had on hand for some games. One way to tell a true ECA is to look for the rotating ambulance style lights that were attached to the marquee box on the dedicateds.
can't even remember when i played this game last time in the arcades, currently im trying to make it run on M.A.M.E. hope it's works, cuz it's a great simulator!!
@4houseofthedead i know, but i am trying to run the game on various patched MAME emulator, and remote emulators, also i am editing the roms, but i will crash it i guess x) this will be one of the bazillion failed roms that i edited in this year, cuz i am a beginner, but there are some fixed roms too!
Hope we see this on Demul :P I never play this game but i will my plesure to play this game ;)

Did you convert this from your Daytona 2 cabinet, or did you get a seperate ECA cab?

@paulsbuck5
I purchased this ECA at auction. I'm actually considering converting this back to a Daytona 2.

@kismikola when I try this game on MAME 0.119, it didn't work that well and the graphics weren't good.
