The reason why is the tutorial is good because his guitar has a light color furnish so u can see the cords clearly . . Good Tutorial , I've learn it fast just 1 minute.. ^^

Power Chords sound a lot better for this song with the exception being the intro. And Power chord are the main chords used in rock and open chords are not harder than power chords, they are equally as easy and are not bad ass at all. They are mainly for mellow sounds.
