Title 8 section 1300 of the Federal Code of Regulations makes it a FELONY to aid and abet people who commit Federal crimes. For O'Reilly there's only black and white figuratively. He sees things his way and seems to have an inability to see the objective side of an issue. It's one thing to prevent people from coming in, but these are real people and families that O'Reilly wants to split up and deport.

Bottom line: she could have and would have taken the Duka brothers in... Her position might seem compassionate, but if you're familar with this topic you realize it isn't: she's helping deprive Mexico of the citizens it needs (14% of Mexico's workers live in the U.S.), in effect assisting the Mexican elite avoid reforms, and actions like hers encourage people to try to cross the desert, with many dying along the way. She's a charlatan.

Unless the Rev. is a mind-reader, if the Duka brothers had come up with a good enough sales job she would have taken them in. The Rev. is offering false compassion: it might seem compassionate, but it really isn't. When you consider the big picture, you'll see that what she supports is not compassionate.

The truly compassionate thing to do would be to work to reduce illegal immigration, something that would help both the U.S. and Mexico. The Reverend is only looking at this issue superficially without realizing everything involved in this issue. I'll admit that she might not be lying, but if she isn't she's just a useful idiot.
