Wow, Drakken is one hell of a sneaky negotiator to weasel in a Karaoke Claus in Shego's contract. I keep expecting for there to be an episode explaining the reason Shego works for Drakken (besides the obvious comic foil and cartoon logic). She's competent to the point that she's likely very expensive, an expense Drakken doesn't seem capable of banking. It is likely that she's attracted to evil, and Drakken makes no compromises in the scope of his evil. It's either the world or nothing at all.

The overtly sarcastic nature of Shego's personality likely contributed to this or was a defensive mechanism she developed to cope. OR maybe she owes Drakken some kind of Wookie life-debt. Yup, more awesome.
