He's definitely playing on an emulator, that's why it is so slow. You can also tell by the fact that it took him so long to figure out how to shoot, since he says that you press z to shoot, and if you were playing with an n64 remote you'd likely try z first, since that was how you shoot in most every game.
Meh, controls were good for 1999 on the 64 and your frame rates were ass the entire time which definitely makes the game seem worse than it is since it was a pretty damn good game in its day.

There is no lag. for something o Lag it has to be on a network. Something can lag online but if your not online it can not lag it can be slow and choppy but not laggy

Body Harvest, I actually own this game. It was pretty hard and it made (somewhat) the basis of GTA 3.
