@LadyBrat127 No, all of these scenes are from JESUS OF NAZARETH, not THE NATIVITY STORY. Olivia Hussey portrayed Mary so beautifully. Keisha Castle-Hughes wasn't even born, yet! O;-)
What a beautiful montage here. The usage of sepia and colored images marries the lyrics and music gloriously. We all need to be reminded of Mary's 'predicament' through the eyes of the first century view... "a world as cold as stone" that our Savior left the glory of heaven for. There is no story or song more anointed than 'Breath of Heaven,' and I think this is as close as we'll ever come to 'being there,' 20 centuries removed.
Father God in Heaven Please keep your church Holy! Lord Jesus Please keep your Priest and Nuns faithful!Oh Holy Mother please pray for your people. Amen
Of all the versions and expressions of "Breath of Heaven / Mary's
Song" that I have found available on YOuTube, this one---for me---best captures the essence of the song and the ball dropped into Mary's lap. I have posted a link to it for my fellow students in a grad course on Yuletide Literature that I am taking on-line from Tiffin University. Thank you. God is good. I could listen to and watch this---"drinking it in"---any time of the year.
This is the version by Sara Groves. You should change your tags to indicate so. I like Sara Grove's version of this song the best and I have trouble finding it on YouTube.
Merry Christmas

Good job, ty for sharing it. Btw Keisha Castle-Hughes is the actress in this movie (not Olivia Hussey). Keisha is from New Zealand.

@bonafide16 I think it's from Jesus of Nazareth. Olivia Hussey is Mary and I saw it several years ago.
