yes i did go to that race it was my first race and it just so happens that it was the dustiest race in over 20years and more than 10 people blew up bikes because of it that day, if there was no dust that track would have been AWESOME! its all easy wideopen cornfields/ and tight woods sections with no rocks... definately showing up for this race this year!!
anyone going to the Grassy Knoll harescramble on sept 2nd?
i live in western mass im thinkin about checking it out, wonder what the conditions are like there..its pretty damn rocky around were i ride that should help a bit.
Who is this moore903 idiot. 3 hour racing in the worst conditions around. I'd bet they couldn't get off the start without crying. I've raced motocross and Hare scrambles. Both are awesome. Nice video, I just finished Catra '07. Monkey Butt!!
and to add on to it there is nate kanney number 14 and scotty decosta number 35 in this vid at the national which im sorry but no motocrosser's can beat and motocrosser kid there was jumps this weekend actually at hoots spring fling there was triples and all but they were the easiest part of the coarse
ya hare and hounds is another word for hare scrambles and jr. enduros are just as hard as hare scrambles just not so many ppl and i race in this class this year and i gurantee that most of us kids in juniors class for 07 and 06 can smoke ppl on motocross tracks NETRA is the way to go
if you think there is no skill in a hare scramble you are wrong. I've raced motocross for 4 years and i have dominated in the 85 A the 105 open and 125 B class and i decided to start racing NETRA harescrambles in 2006 and they were the hardest things i've ever done in my life, in fact my first race i didn't even finish so before you make ignorent comments about hare scrambles get your facts straight
If you think there is no skill involved with hare scrambles or enduros you have never raced in one. Also jumps in motocross events don't mean skill either, lots of people can jump not alot of people have high corner speed, which wins races.
I've rode both Hare Scrambles and Motocross. Two different types of training. Hare Scrambles is more technical and will make you a better motocrosser. There's jumps in Hare scrambles, they resemble Natural outdoor motocross jumps.
