Personally I dispise the methods that ALL religious groups seem to have (none moreso than Christianity in all its forms) of knocking on doors and trying to keep you there and "educate" you. I find it to be both incredibly offensive (especially if they're throwing a belief-system upon you that you don't even believe) and rude when you tell them politely "go away". They don't, and anybody who says anything to the contrary should come to my house and wait for the next Witness to come and visit...

But they come back! You have to tell them never to return to your property, and they will sometimes respect that command. When they don't , advise them you feel you are being religiously harrassed, and that you are going to file a complaint against them. that ussually takes care of it.
