You NEED to get the book Nourishing Traditions. Also a girl here on youtube her name is healthyfitmom, she used to be vegan, and developed all sorts of health problems, and her kids too, it is a very debilitating diet that can lead to some seriously irreversible health problems. Pleease be open minded about it and don't take this the wrong way, just be open to some new ideas. Bless you and your baby, he is precious.

@HomesteadProvocateur - I understand your concerns regarding raw vegan diets. However you cannot make broad statements such as this without considering there may be particulars involved that have caused the affects you cite in the example above. We are raw vegan, know many raw vegans and are well estabished in a raw vegan community that is quite large with many, many success stories. Generally failures can be attributed to imbalances in some form and are not an indictment of raw foods.
