My buddy runs the whole Royal Oak, Michigan store (he's not a manager, just does most of the cooking, training, and heavy lifting), and the work he does there seems to suggest that Chipotle employees need a high degree of skill. Let's hope these hard workers in these stores are making more than $9 per hour!
If you are in NYC, go to Dig Inn instead of Chipotle. All farm fresh, executive style cooking, with way more healthier vegetables on your plate. "Salsa" isn't exactly a vegetable side...
i wonder if these guys are looking for food scientists, I'd rather work for a company that's doing something good with the science, than work for coca cola or one of those meat harvesting plants
Maybe things have changed since I worked for Chipotle a few years ago, but when I worked there, meat came pre-marinated in big bags, it was not marinated fresh in the restaurant. And salsas were also partly or fully pre-made as well. =/
Thank you for this video. I thoroughly enjoy Chipotle and am seriously happy to know that the food is FRESH and healthy from the farm to the restaurant. You care about your ingredients which inspires me to come back again and again to eat foods that nourish my body and not trash it! THANK YOU!!
