He needs to relax a little more and grow taller till he's 6 foot or more. When he's there, he should train more. For right now though, he shouldn't put too much stress on his body. Most of these workouts are great though. He has a lot of talent and has a bright future, but needs to grow.

@Basketballkidnumber1 Well his dad played so he pretty much knows what Jashaun can handle. For example, Jashaun will warm up his ligaments, muscles and joints twice as long as the average basketball couch would have you do in middle or high school (I played in school so I know). This limits injuries instead of creating them. Most kids tend to go right to the ball, but Jashaun will run warm up and work out before he grabs the ball.

first off great job mom and dad for this amazing player, jashaun u are amazing, his handle and IQ is ridiculous, the only slight problem i see is his shooting mechanics his bend and release is slightly off, also steve nash has a youtube vid showing the L shape when shooting and how a ball can fit and following through it was good to see and explain that to my son, jashaun keep up the hard work ill be watching for you..hopefully in tarhell blue!

Additional weight added, as well as makes you walk on your toes kinda of ordeal .. harder to jump that way, so when he does, really focuses on the calf muscle, etc.. in time, giving you a bigger vert.
