She was already a star of Flamenco guitar. Then she gave it up to become a singer-dancer who traded on her looks. It's like what happened to tennis star Anna Kournokova who gave up tennis to become a model.

I wish we could go back to these days of free TV when there was always something great and funny on TV. Now that we pay for Cable TV we have over 100 Channels with noting but crap on TV.

So true. I grew up in the 1970s watching free tv (didnt even hear of cable). There ALWAYS was something good on free tv to watch. But as time went on and cable tv grew, there was less good stuff to watch on free tv, and all the good stuff was on cable. I finally got cable in 1996 and I got all the good stuff back. But today there is getting less and less good stuff to watch on cable! Nick at nite, tv land, AMC, TNT, TBS, sci-fi channel, etc, have all gone downhill.
