How do you obtain such amazing information? I understand and believe in the concept of cellular memory and looking within, but is that how you received these ideas? Everything in this video is so... accurate. Was this information channeled? Or do you simply have a higher understanding?

Yes I am aware of the geometric unfolding however what this meditation is tracking is the path of consciousness as we awaken in the womb in the element of [water] through birth take our first breath the element of [air] touch the [earth] begin to have desires [fire] and make since of our world [ether]... i also realise this does not fallow the vedic tradition either as it would go from the subtle to the gross or reverse. it is however what it is - enjoy love jiva
