  • right on dude...that was awesome 5/5

  • Written by Sammy Cahn and David Holt.

  • Thanks for telling me that!

Sammy Cahn was such a wonderful lyricist. I perform two songs by him already; Bei Mir Bist du Shoen, and It's Magic, so I am glad to know it's a hat trick.

  • It may just be the season, but I really enjoy this song the best of all I've heard from you so far!!! Hey where is that CD??Joan (in snowy southern Alta)

  • A really great performance! What's that hanging on the right side? Looks like some kind of odd ukulele...

  • Thanks, John. It's my NS Design Wav 4 String Bass neck. I'd love to learn how to play string bass, someday...

  • Thanks, James, for "Christmas Blues" you sing on Ukulele. I heard 90% of the lyric words: clear enunciation good for English-as-a-second-language students whose English hearing is not that of a native speaker's. I may send it to my ESL students in Hong Kong. Hope it will not make them 'blue' at Christmas, but learn some real English. I have a "Silent Night" in Cantonese, lyrics written by me! I can send it to you: any Cantonese Chinese can sing it for you. Cheers! Kwan

  • Jim - that was beautiful. What a sad song...made me cry. Add this one to your CD I am waiting for.

    Cousin Eleanor

  • Wow James you just get better and better. Nice deep vibrato going on and of course you break my heart as always...something about tears of a clown! Love ya, Pam (ukulele lady)

  • cool
